    Summer Self-Care Competition Judged by our Year 8 Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Do you have what it takes to promote self-care and well-being? Get creative and share your best self-care ideas for the summer! Whether it's a DIY project, a helpful routine, or a fun activity, we want to see your unique take on how to care for yourself this summer. How to Enter: 1 Create your entry: You can choose any medium to share your self-care ideawhether it's a short video, a poster, a poem, or a creative written piece. Your entry should share a self-care idea that could help others feel happy, healthy, and calm during the summer months. Some ideas include: Creative Self-Care Activity: What's a fun activity to reduce stress and boost mood? Self-Care Routine: A step-by-step guide to a healthy and relaxing daily routine. DIY Project: Something you can make at home that encourages well-being (e.g., a calming candle, a mindfulness jar, etc.). Self-Care Tips: Share some easy-to-follow tips for taking care of your mind and body. Artwork or Poster: Design a poster showing ways to practise self-care during the summer. 2 Submit your entry: Once you have your idea, email it to office@jamesbateman.staffs.sch.uk with the subject line: Self-Care Summer Competition Entry – For the attention of Miss Cox. Or if you have a paper entry, these can be brought to room 4. Make sure to include your name and year group. Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 13th June. Prizes & Rewards: House Points for everyone who enters. Prizes for the top entries! Winning entries may be shared with the school community to inspire others! This competition is all about embracing well-being, creativity, and helping others focus on the importance of looking after themselves. We can't wait to see your amazing ideas!
